Prior to starting Eastern Medical Management- Care Guide Advocacy, she held executive positions for regional and national Health Maintanence Organizations and Third Party Administrators in Utilization Management, Case Management, Disease Management, Quality Management, Network Contracting, Credentialing, and Cost Containment She has developed a Health Coaching program to support the needs of Consumer Directed Health Plans that included a comprehensive training program and web based systems to support the needs of these members. | | |
