Eastern Medical Management was founded in 2000 to provide consulting services to physicians, self funded employers, worker’s compensation carriers and health plans in the development, management and evaluation of various medical management programs. 

Our clinically based health care cost management programs are designed to support patients’ clinical needs. This allows us to provide quality programs that promote savings through patient advocacy, support, information, and education.

Advocating appropriate care and improving access to the healthcare system was the catalyst to the development of  Care Guide Advocacy.  Combining proprietary web technology and a community-based model, rather than the traditional call center-based nursing management approach, Care Guide Advocacy is able to address the needs of patients, insurers and providers within the community to ensure the best outcomes for all.

The most effective approach to managing clincal care is through direct patient contact.  By acting as a liaison to patients, insurers and physicians, we can achieve a more collaborative approach that benefits all stakeholders.
